I ordered food its been 2 hours i did not hear anything and the delivery agent is not responding never order food from this company

I paid 350 to Ola Food for 2 veg whoppers and received only 1. When I raised a concern in support, they simply closed the ticket. Not sure if their support team is really working.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a food order I placed via Ola Food on [insert date]. The order details are as follows:

However, I was not informed officially through the app, nor was I provided with any option to contact customer care directly through the platform.

This lack of communication and transparency is highly disappointing.

I request an immediate full refund of the amount paid, as I have not received the order or any valid update about its status.

I also tried contacting the assigned delivery partner, but their phone is switched off, and I haven't been able to get any update.

To make matters worse, I raised a support ticket through the apps support option, but I have not received any response from your team so far.

This is extremely frustrating.

I had previously written to your grievance cell regarding a similar issue, and I never received a response. Now, once again, I'm facing a completely unacceptable experience with my order placed on April 6th at 11:47 AM (Order ID: ONDC_251978HEekw5).

Despite a delay of over 2 hours, I called both the restaurant (Sharief Bhai, Sanjay Nagar) and the delivery partner (Narahari); the restaurant confirmed the order was ready and waiting, while the delivery partner claimed the order was cancelled.

I was not informed or notified about this cancellation, and there was no option to get real-time help through your customer service. This is not just an inconvenience—it's a repeated pattern of mismanagement and poor communication on your platform.

Given that this is not the first time this has happened, and considering the lack of response to earlier complaints, I expect:

A full refund of the order

A compensation for the repeated inconvenience

An official explanation for why this order was marked cancelled without my consent or any communication

What is this service? No response from neither from restaurant nor from Ola food department. I raised multiple requests through chatting and no call from the same.

I placed an order at 10:15 PM, but it has still not been delivered. It was a prepaid order, and the money has yet to be refunded.

I have ordered food in Ola foods and the order is prepaid, but even after one hour I have not received the order or any kind of information from the delivery side. I tried calling the number they have provided for the order, but it is switched off.

It is showing that the order is being prepared for 1 hour.

And I didn't receive my order and not a single call from them. I want a clear explanation for this, and a refund.

Why have you wrongly penalized me? I didn't accept any order that was not complete. Please revise my penalty.

I ordered megana biryani from Divya reddy account but I didn't received but I called to restaurant they told that delivery boy received order but he don't delivered to me

I placed my order at 8:37 p.m. and it's 10 o'clock now.

The order has not yet been delivered. The app promises to deliver within 20 minutes, but it's been more than one hour and I still haven't received it. Your customer service is poor. They don't even provide a customer service number, nor do they provide a cancellation option.

In the order, they merely state that you can cancel your order during the ordering process, but after that, the option disappears. There's also no cash on delivery option; you have to pay cash beforehand. I'm starting to question whether this is a scam.

I am seriously upset and will never trust them again. I don't plan on ordering from them in the future, and I suggest that you also refrain from doing so.

Hi my order is still not delivered even after waiting for 4 hours plz arrange a call back and refund my money ASAP

Yes i placed an food order in the ola app it is not delivered till now and in the app it is showing 4 min from last 1 and half hours we also paid the money and we are facing these kind of issues and we also spoke to th customer care they are saying our ph no.is not registered but if ph no. Is not registered how we placed the order and how our payment got successfull and your customer care people are talking rude with us.

I placed an order on 11th January at 8.37pm and the app said it will deliver in 20 mints now the time is 9.56pm yet not received it's not even in way. what the *** is this what kind of service are the providing.

They don't even provide cash on delivery they take the payment and then this is what they do. They are not even showing cancel option. I am soo much pissed off with this behaviour and not gone place any order in it ever again .
